Ludovic opened “Atelier de Bossimé” in 2011, at just 20 years of age. The restaurant an expression of his personality and roots filtered through the exclusive use of local products. Only nine months after its opening, “Atelier de Bossimé” rated 14/20 by Gault&Millau.
What’s more, in 2013 he was awarded the Young Talent Prize by Le Vif/l’Express.
