In 2007 Ugo Meli and his wife decided to open their own restaurant in the building of his wife’s parents former pizzeria. The restaurant is located in his hometown, Haine-Saint-Pierre. As a chef, Ugo Meli will take you on a journey through the Belgian and Italian culinary history. On the way you will rediscover ingredients like bone marrow, snails, truffles, and much more…

The final result combines seasonal products with a touch of traditional Italian ingredients in a remarkable experience.
